Michael has more than 25 years of experience as an engineer, project manager, senior manager, executive manager, and entrepreneur in the transportation, banking, and manufacturing industries. Michael holds a Doctorate in Engineering Management which he obtained at George Washington University, and he has an MBA from Texas A&M University, a Masters in Computer Integrated Manufacturing Engineering from Loughborough University, and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of West Indies.

Adriane passed away in late 2018 after a re-occurance of cancer. Her fingerprints will remain on the company as we go forward. In her financial role with the company, Adriane had more than 15 years of experience as a finance professional at leading accounting and financial institutions, as well as in various entrepreneurial ventures, in Europe, the Caribbean, and South America concentrating on enhancing operational and financial processes and performance. Adriane had an MBA from the University of Wisconsin as well as a BS in Accounting and a BSBA in Management Information Systems from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
Ed has more than 22 years of experience as a business, investment, entertainment, and legal professional, as well as an entrepreneur and investor, where he has structured and financed, and invested in, projects and companies in the United States, Europe, Asia, and South America. Ed was also a former Navy F/A-18 pilot. Ed has a JD from the University of Southern California and a BA in Communication Studies from the University of California at Los Angeles..

Steve spent nearly 35 years in the employee benefits industry, primarily focused on start-up and turnaround roles for the organizations he has served. Steve spent 12 year with Marsh & McLennan Companies in consulting and senior management roles. In 1997, he joined Employease as VP of Sales to help launch the first internet based SaaS benefits administration and HR system. In 2000, he began consulting with organizations on the integration of online benefit enrollment strategies; his work eventually led to the formation of Tricerion Group in 2007. With rapid growth over 3 years, Tricerion Group was acquired by USI in 2011. Mr. Helsing is an investor, board member and active participant in the growth of Zyleck Technologies and the Zypps platform; he is focused on organizational structure, operations and development.

Melissa Bonnick-Anderson is an experienced Manager and Trainer with over a decade in the field of administration and professional training. Her skills include Training, Communication, Administration (Public and Private), Brand management, Client Relations and Customer Service. Previously, she served as Regional Program Administrator at Chancelight Behavioral Health, Therapy and Education Solutions.
Jim Brisimitzis has over 17 years of enterprise, channel, and Startup experience through companies such as Bell Canada, Nortel Networks, PeopleSoft, Oracle and over 11 years with Microsoft. Currently Jim is the General Manager of the Microsoft for Startup program in the United States. His team is responsible for Startup engagements across the US and in partnering with leading US Startup accelerators/incubators.
Prior to joining the US team Jim led operations for Microsoft Ventures globally in addition to creating and launching their “HiPo” program; an exclusive engagement for Startups with significant market potential. Jim has led many internal innovation efforts from SMB mini-servers to hyper-scale computing HW/SW stacks. As an “intrapreneur” Jim appeals to opportunities that help large organization rapidly innovate new and emerging opportunities from concept to customer adoption. He hold a degree in Business Management from Trent University of Peterborough Ontario, Canada. Jim and his family reside in Seattle WA.
The Zypps (formerly Lymousine) mobility solution runs on Patent Pending Technology developed from a Doctoral Thesis by Michael Treasure, Zyleck's CEO & Founder. The Zypps solution substantially reduces poor vehicle/driver utilization rates existing within the ride sharing market where drivers have no riders for as much as approximately 50% of miles and time driven. Given these inefficiencies and the increasing dissatisfaction with existing riding sharing networks, we developed Zypps to optimize driver revenue per hour, while minimizing driver non-revenue miles and time. Zypps’s advanced algorithm rebalances utilization in favor of increasing driver earnings per hour, decreasing driver turnover, and reducing the aggregate driver pool needed to meet rider demand.
